New! Kaseeka™ Class now being offered…

The Kaseeka™ course of accessing intentionally, consciously and deliberately through gentle attention and focusing, and breathwork in warm water, and exercises of the Tibetan 5 Rites is now being offered. Each class will include six sessions, and classes are limited to 6 people. Tuition is $300.00 per person. Classes will be held at the St. Louis Aquatic Healing Center in Creve Coeur, MO.
